1. Who we are

The 21 Clipping Network is operated and administered by VentUno Partners Limited, with the registered address at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands MH96960, having company registration number 138520 ("we", "us", "our"). It distributes promotional short-form videos for the 21.com brand through independent content creators ("clippers", "you"). Contact: affiliates@21.partners.

2. Who can apply

You must be at least 18 years old, act as an independent creator or business, and control the Instagram pages you register. We may decline or remove any page without giving a reason, in particular pages with bought followers, farmed views or a like rate below 0.2%.

3. Content rules

You post only the videos we supply for a campaign, unedited (download, then upload as a Reel), with the caption exactly as given, including the tag @21com_official.

Your personal campaign link must stay in your page's bio for as long as the post is live. We generate that link for you; never type or shorten a game link yourself.

Each post stays live for at least 3 days. Posts removed earlier are not paid.

4. Advertising disclosure (German law)

Every post you publish for us is a paid promotion and must be labelled as such under German law (Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb, § 5a UWG, and the Medienstaatsvertrag): use Instagram's paid-partnership label and/or the visible tag #Werbung at the start of the caption. Posts without the label are not paid and may lead to removal from the network.

5. Audience 18+

Casino and betting content may only be shown to adults. Your pages, captions and any comments you leave must be aimed exclusively at people aged 18 and over, and you must not target minors or use imagery that appeals primarily to minors. Where Instagram offers age gating you enable it.

6. Verification and anti-fraud

Pay is based on views we verify ourselves on Instagram and on the share of viewers located in the campaign's target country (Germany). Dashboard numbers from third-party tools are not used.

On request you provide Instagram Insights for a post (reach, follower / non-follower split, top countries) within 48 hours. Bought views, view bots, engagement pods, recycled pages or misleading Insights void payment for the affected period and may end the cooperation.

7. Payment

Rates are per campaign and shown on the campaign page (for example USD per 1,000 verified German views, plus optional bonuses per click or first deposit through your link). Only verified in-geo views on live, correctly labelled posts by an active page count.

We issue a monthly statement; payment follows within 14 days by the method agreed at onboarding. You are responsible for your own taxes and invoices. Amounts below the minimum payout roll over to the next month.

8. Intellectual property

We grant you a limited, revocable licence to publish the supplied videos and captions on the registered pages for the duration of the campaign. You may not edit, re-cut or re-use them elsewhere. All other rights remain with us and our licensors.

9. Termination

Either side may end the cooperation at any time. We may withhold payment for posts that break sections 3 to 6. After termination you remove the campaign link from your bio within 7 days; live posts may stay.

10. Data

We store the details you submit (name, contact, pages, screenshots) to screen, onboard and pay you and to report campaign performance. We do not sell them. You can ask for deletion once no payment is outstanding by writing to affiliates@21.partners.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always at this address and applies to posts published after the change. Material changes are announced to active clippers by email or Telegram.
